Business Development Manager / PA 

Currently, we're getting by doing the things we have to do day by day. Sourcing and fixing the broken goods, product photography, managing uploads across a variety of platforms, managing customer service, shipping goods, logging the admin behind everything required, dealing with any issues that arise, and desperately scrabbling for more time in which to grow rather than get by. We're looking for someone who's happy to dive in and assist on whatever area needs catching up on that day, who will also have the skills, confidence and drive to balance this with actively working with us to develop and grow as a business. We need someone who's confident with customer service, social media management, videography and photography, social media marketing, administration, personal assistance and business development - but we also want that person to have creative flair, boundless imagination and a real love for our products and mission. While there is no one perfect fit, I'm envisioning someone who's been squared away in a corporate job too long and feels their creative talents and sense of individuality wasting away. Someone who understands what it takes to run a business, who felt they had to choose between progressing from a career perspective and pursuing their deep desire for expressing themselves through art and fashion, but doesn't know how to start afresh. Someone who can balance the demands of a business that wants to succeed with the core belief that scaling up in a non-sustainable way is to be avoided. Someone with an eye for detail and incredible imagination, with a deep rooted love of alternative subcultures and the aesthetics and people within them. 

What we require:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant role (Business Development, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Videography, Social Media Management, Marketing, PA, etc.)
- Strong, clear and competent communication skills.
- Confidence, self motivation and excellent trend awareness.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using spreadsheets: Excel / Numbers.
- Experience with SEO

Bonus qualities:

- Excellent knowledge of our market sector and customer base.
- A technical understanding of garment design, fabrication and fit.
- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
